wiring 1997 honda accord

Ok i wired all my harnesses in and pluged them up and my radio wont come on.I checked all my fuses.So i came in the house and hooked my radio up to a battery and it came on.I checked the voltage while it was in the car.The yellow wire is only reading 3 volts?Anyone know what might be going on?Thanks

did you check the radio back up fuse under the hood.

it's on the passenger's side firewall

Blinker fluid.

Theres a fuse under the hood for my radio?Would that cause the yellow wire in my dash to only read 3 volts?

Not sure exactly were to look under the hood.Is there a box under the hood with fuses in it?There was a fuse box under the dash on the drivers side.I pulled that radio fuse and checked it?

Mr.Seth Phillips i found the backup fuse under the hood 7.5 and brought it in here and looked at it just now and its burnt.I havent tried to plug harness back in yet and try it but ill post real soon and let you know.Please stand by while i go replace fuse and plug harness back in brb!
