wireless internet

once you connect to a network, in many cases unless you change it...it just remembers it in your list of networks...so i doubt that if the person is that cautious, that he is going to have access to their machine...
knock knock

"hey mrs. smith, its me bobby from down the block, i needed to check something out on your computer real quick"

"sure bobby, go ahead"

"ok done, i'll be back in a few days to check up on my key logger"

haha

might as well go ahead and install orifice while your there...

i kid i kid...
lol there are people that stupid...trust me. I work as a computer programmer and we have people calling in with the most ridiculous questions about how to navigate a simple website...

plus if you know what you're doing installing a keylogger takes no more than 20 seconds, and you can code it to send an email to you with the log automatically so you don't have to go back and manually retrieve the data

anyway...

No response to my question?
Where do you put this password in?
To make your network secure you have to logon to the router and change it to a secure network and then set a password. I use a wep key myself. It's not the most secure but It works just fine.
