Wire Haress Help

I need help with a wiring harness for a 2004 Pontiac grand prix. I have found two that seem to be the cheapest but i wanted to know what the difference was between them in layman's terms. I see that The LC-GMRC-01 only has a 3amp 12v accesory but the GMRC-01 has just a 12v accesory. What does it mean by only the 3amps on the LC-GMRC-01? Would that be adequate for a aftermarket stereo (basic cd player)? Thanks Any help is appreciated.

EDIT:

So i figured out lc means low cost but im still not quite understanding the 3 amp part is that bad enough to just pay extra money for the normal one?
