You really need to get past thinking I should adhere to your personal opinion of why i post here. Thunderdome is not for car audio discussion, even though it creeps in now and then.
I have posted my own questions in the other subs, and got no useful help. I posted answers and got told I was wrong, and had to remind assholes like you that the thread was not the place to be be acting like it was Thunderdome.

Please explain the denial of due process.
Provide examples of what specific procedures were skipped, done wrong, or had the results altered.
Explain who, why, how it happened.

If it was you, it's funny that you fail to report him when he literally uses the specific word in one post, and suggests specific methods in another, they get quoted in my retort, but you somehow don't see his words.

As for liability, I'm not real confident about your claims. Under law, vicarious liability is not normally applicable unless the secondary party does something jointly with the primary. Covered under Section 230 of the CDA. So if I tell you to go street drag race someone and you get caught or crash and injure someone, the forum owners can't be held liable.

I accused Thxone for reporting me based on his threats that I would find out what would happen if I called him a snowflake again. We can both be sure it wouldn't be to come beat me up, since he failed to do that to Bobby when he threatened it. Being told that and then getting reported, is it a surprise that i would think it was him? So no,
Since you are taking credit for doing it, I'll admit he didn't have the guts to do what he threatened. But I'm not going to apologize for thinking he did something that he essentially threatened to do.

This thread was personal attacks LONG before I joined. FFS, Buck was telling people to unalive themselves years before I was here.
