If it was you, it's funny that you fail to report him when he literally uses the specific word in one post, and suggests specific methods in another, they get quoted in my retort, but you somehow don't see his words.

As for liability, I'm not real confident about your claims. Under law, vicarious liability is not normally applicable unless the secondary party does something jointly with the primary. Covered under Section 230 of the CDA. So if I tell you to go street drag race someone and you get caught or crash and injure someone, the forum owners can't be held liable.

I accused Thxone for reporting me based on his threats that I would find out what would happen if I called him a snowflake again.
