So I guess this is where we are as a nation. People support a guy for POTUS because he's "the master of trolling."

Iowan John Lamberto, 64, who supports Trump, said Trump’s overlap with DeSantis at the fair was “brilliant.”

“Trump is the master of trolling,” he added.

The future battlefield is gonna look like Star Wars:

“As the South China Morning Post reports, representatives from the country's National University of Defence Technology say they've developed a state-of-the-art cooling system that would allow high-energy lasers to remain powered up "infinitely" without getting too hot.”

“"If [Chinese scientists] have overcome the heating and distortion issues as claimed, in a (relatively) small enough unit for deployment," Weaver wrote, "this is a big breakthrough considering the US failures in this area."”

FYI, the only reason I used the word insurrection is that Buck's article used it and claims "officials" were aware of the attack was going to happen ahead of time. That differentiates it from what I believe it is: a bunch of people that got wound up by rhetoric and started rioting. Given that BLM rioters (in Seattle iirc) actually took over a section of the city, which is insurrection? If people actually showed in DC with plans to storm the Capitol, then IMHO, that when it goes above and beyond rioting.
That’s why I didn’t quote anyone. I remember a good George Carlin skit about how language and meanings of words are changed. I’ll see if I can find it. Riot would be an accurate term. Insurrection being used is just to change the meaning of a word slightly to fit a narrative for the purpose of mind control.

Technically, what happened fits the definition of insurrection (violence against the gov't), but IMHO it's a loaded word. BLM riots included violence against gov't, but we didn't call that an insurrection.

The Portland burners attacking a fed courthouse on consecutive nights is more along the lines of insurrection...they even had weapons...
