FYI, the only reason I used the word insurrection is that Buck's article used it and claims "officials" were aware of the attack was going to happen ahead of time. That differentiates it from what I believe it is: a bunch of people that got wound up by rhetoric and started rioting. Given that BLM rioters (in Seattle iirc) actually took over a section of the city, which is insurrection? If people actually showed in DC with plans to storm the Capitol, then IMHO, that when it goes above and beyond rioting.

Well, that’s what happens because of things like Operation Mockingbird. The people who had the authority to stop j6 before it started didn’t want to, because they wanted a violent insurrection. There were paid non-MAGA agitators, police and feds in the crowd. It seems likely to me most of the violence was started by non-MAGA people, then the mob/crowd mentality took over. None of this type of setup behavior is uncommon for a corrupted government.

Here's the problem (to me). I've been told it was a peaceful demonstration. I've been told it was not an insurrection. I've been told that was caused by antifa agent provocateurs. I've been told it was caused by FBI/Fed agent provocateurs. It was Law Enforcement agents posing as antifa. Now I'm being told it was a planned "attack/insurrection" that was hidden from the Capitol police. It seems like it's anything but Trump (and his accomplices) pushed the line/lie about the election being stolen for ~9 months and it ultimately resulted in a bunch of pissed off MAGA's kicking down the doors of Congress when Trump lost.

I need to see evidence of MAGA kicking down doors. There’s all sorts of vids showing Capitol police opening doors for people…and you’re seriously an idiot if you think a planned and violent insurrection would happen by Trump supporters without 1,000’s of guns there, lol. Give me a break.

How is this even an issue? "Everybody" knew there was potential for violence - it was all over the media in the days leading up to the riots. Would the National Guard be activated? Would/Could Trump use the National Guard to seize power, etc, etc, etc. If this was some secret plot, "they" are about as bad at keeping secrets as the "insurrectionist" were at "insurrecting."
