Who do you think built the gallows - surely not the peaceful rioters. BTW, I hear the mace that got used on the Capitol Police - all FBI issue, coincidence - I think not!!! That's why the one officer stroked out after getting maced, the FBI uses the good stuff, not the civilian over the counter crap.

Given that Thomas and USSC established that gun control should be viewed thru a lense of historical perspective and basically what was good enough back then is good enough now, I don't see red flag laws surviving this case. Back in the day there wasn't domestic violence; beating your wife wasn't a crime in any state (and alot of western Europe until the mid-late 1800s. Plus the databases and tracking ability to enforce or even the concept of red flag laws didn't exist until relatively recently. Plus we can't take guys' guns away for "I'll shoot you *****" during a messy divorce. What's next chop of a man's hand for threatening to slap his wife? Furthermore, it's pretty clear this law would disproportionately affect males, which would make it a "sexist" law. If a woman is being threatened with violence/gun violence, it's time to get body armor, a Lady S&W and book some time at the range.

I watched a documentary on some poor guy that used solid waste from municipal water department to fertilized his farmland/ranch. Had so much Pfas that it was running off into the local water supply and the EPA tracked it back to his (and several other farmers doing the same thing) and shut them down. Totally ruined his cattle business. In the end not really much we can do; "they" will keep polluting and the gov't won't do anything because we're more concerned that Bud Light & Dylan Mulvaney did a tik tok video.
