I would be like Thx, claiming to get multiple hundreds of hours per year of paid time off, taken at will. Or some type of power broker like a bond trader.

Once they figured out my position my PTO is 144 hours.

Some people do get good benefits. My dad at Mobil before he retired at 55 had 8 weeks of vacation. For every sick day you got 3 days off paid. For every personal day you got 3 days off paid. He had 15 sick days a year and 15 personal days a year. Only difference in the benefits when he started there in 1976 as it is the last refinery ever built in the US, was that he had 4 weeks of vacation & it went up to 8 after 5 years. If he had surgery he got paid time off as well if he needed to get something done like his carpal tunnel or his thumb surgery.

It was 96 hours of PTO to finish off the year with apparently. I have since been promoted to my current position. It is 144 hours of PTO. Miscommunication or understanding on my part. Either way, I am 100% sure on it now.
