Wouldn't that just make them more stable? Skaters intentionally do things to lower their COG for balance and stability, especially when initiating and following through on a trick.
Having one that is naturally lower would give the advantage, especially when keeping it over the center of the board makes for a better ollie.

I never claimed such. I said Hawaii requires it for ALL GUNS. It was stated that we don't require it, I provided fact in opposition. It only takes one. So, go grab a spoon an eat shit.
