Cohen probably wouldn't have served time if all he was indicted on was paying the hush money. It's the tax evasion and bank fraud charges that jammed him up and those charges had nothing at all to do with Trump.

The real crimes being committed are with China payouts to the Biden family. Where is Braggs on all of that?????

Who owns Trump Tower? Trump.

Again Cohen's case and jail sentence were based around tax evasion...that's not the issue here in the indictment...you just want Trump convicted so badly that you're willing to accept and make a false argument to link the the two...

So his convictions for two different campaign law violations plus the conviction regarding the Trump Tower Moscow deal were just trivial misdemeanors?

Trump has THIRTY charges against him. THIRTY.
But yeah, he's a great guy and it's all just petty misdemeanors.

Listen, I know that you have a big hard on to see Trump catch a case but. . . .

Cohen is not exactly the most credible witness in the world. First he signed a sworn statement that he paid the hush money without Trumps consent or knowledge. Then once he sinks into legal woes and Trump distances himself, he starts claiming that monthly 35k dollar payments that were allocated for attorney fees were kickbacks for the 130k Cohen paid to Daniels. That will have to be proven, and hopefully it don't all fall on Cohens testimony lol

Even if this in itself was true, its just a misdemeanor charge and would result in nothing but a fine that Tump can probably cover with the change stuck between his couch cushions

The end game is to try to conflate this bullshit charge and make it out to be a campaign donation to see if they can manipulate the system enough to squirm in a felony charge.

Again, nothing more then a political hit job, attack at all angles, keep attacking until something sticks to get rid of a political rival tactic by the left and nothing more.

It's what's been reported by various outlets. I suppose it could be wrong, but in the face of no contrary evidence and no denial of the number, it's what we roll with.

And if it's wrong, I suppose they could also be wrong about the indictment too.
