Also funny how people are saying it’s all bullshit.
“Bullshit” that an attorney was disbarred and jailed over, but for Trump we should just sweep it under a rug as a “witch hunt”.

Correct. But if you think they indict a past president on 30 charges when he is completely innocent, you might want to take a class in Common Sense.

Braggs entire campaign into office was all about lowering as many felony charges as he could into misdemeanors. A soft on crime advocate who wants to now grasp at straws to push a misdemeanor indictment and hope someone can stretch it into a felony.

this is nothing more then leftists weaponizing the judicial system to eliminate their political rivals.

As much as he's been investigated over the course of his business and political career...I wouldn't be surprised if the "indictment" is nothing more than some trivial misdemeanors at best...that nobody else felt worth the expense to prosecute...
It's the same shit that Cohen was disbarred and sent to Federal prison for, no?
You usually don't lose your license to practice law and go to the Fed Pen for trivial misdemeanors.

So, Trump should be able to break these laws and get away with it because he is the self-proclaimed best president of all time?

All of this support of Trump sounds like the guy who got busted in a hooker sting crying that he was "set up" since the hooker wasn't real.

If this is all just misdemeanor stuff, why did Cohen go to Federal Prison for it?
Wouldn't an attorney have said "Hey judge, we don't send people to Federal prison for misdemeanors"?
BTW - The investigation started before Braggs was the D.A.

The whole basis of the indictment is to link the non-disclosure agreement to campaign finance violations or to turn it to a misdemeanor business fraud charge (maybe a felony if they can provide proof it was part of a cover up of a more serious crime)...if you actually read up on it...it's a very weak case...

Weak enough to send Cohen to Federal Prison and disbar him.
I guess he sucked as an attorney and hired shitty attorneys for his defense. In the Pen for a misdemeanor.

"On December 12, 2018, Cohen was sentenced to three years in federal prison and ordered to pay a $50,000 fine after pleading guilty to tax evasion and campaign-finance violations. On February 26, 2019, he was disbarred from practicing law in the state of New York by the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Division. He reported to the federal prison near Otisville, New York, on May 6, 2019.

Trump employed Cohen until May 2018, a year after the special counsel investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 United States elections began. The investigation led Cohen to plead guilty on August 21, 2018, to eight counts including campaign finance violations, tax fraud, and bank fraud. Cohen said he violated campaign-finance laws at the direction of Trump and "for the principal purpose of influencing" the 2016 presidential election. In November 2018, Cohen entered a second guilty plea for lying to a Senate committee about efforts to build a Trump Tower in Moscow"

You're conflating the 2 cases...Cohen had tax evasion issues on top of everything else...
What did he plead guilty to?

"On November 29, 2018, Cohen pleaded guilty to lying to the Senate Intelligence Committee and House Intelligence Committee in 2017 regarding the proposed Trump Tower Moscow deal that he spearheaded in 2015 and 2016."
"On August 21, 2018 Cohen pleaded guilty to...one count of making an excessive campaign contribution at the request of a candidate (Trump) for the "principal purpose of influencing [the] election".

COHEN, 51, of NEW YORK, NEW YORK, pleaded guilty to five counts of willful tax evasion; one count of making false statements to a bank; one count of causing an unlawful campaign contribution; and one count of making an excessive campaign contribution.

And none of those charges are against trump...look through the indictment...it's literally trying to link the stormy Daniel's nda to something else...but you go ahead and run with your bias buddy 🤣

Cohen probably wouldn't have served time if all he was indicted on was paying the hush money. It's the tax evasion and bank fraud charges that jammed him up and those charges had nothing at all to do with Trump.

The real crimes being committed are with China payouts to the Biden family. Where is Braggs on all of that?????
