I don't know that the got looser under Biden. Biden & Co did pass a bill, which will probably accomplish nothing in the real world, but theoretically could shut some existing loopholes. Ironically, they closed the "boyfriend loophole," but left the gun show loophole, thus accomplishing nothing. Same with the red flag laws, that law enforcement often refuses to enforce and of course doesn't restrict private sales.

The number of states allowing constitutional carry has increased during this administration.

The states are going crazy. I think it's Kentucky that is passing a bill saying they won't enforce any federal gun laws.
