I used my 4 year degree in biology in the field of ecology as a private contractor on a military base in NC. That is all you need to know and that is all I will let you know.

The metaphor comment was not out of the blue. I brought it up specifically for what you do when you "quote" people. I know what the word means, clearly you don't. You are not quoting someone when you use your own words and phrase things that were said differently than they were said then claim that is what was said.

If you knowingly sell a gun to a criminal, it is illegal and there are laws against it

If you purchase a firearm that you cannot legally own, there are laws against it

So what are you proposing? That we make more laws to enforce laws????

Background checks on all gun purchases. If a guy buys a gun from me how would I know if he is a criminal or not? Your second point is just common sense.

Bro criminals aren't doing these school shootings. It's young people who go buy $10,000 worth of weapons and ammunition legally. Why not slow them down a little bit and make them at least be 21 before they go buy an arsenal of weapons? Maybe they will mature in that 3 years and not go shoot up a school.

What is the ratio of adults between 18 and 21 years of age who commit crimes with a gun as apposed to those adults between 18 and 21 years of age who don't commit crimes with a gun. What are the numbers?

A quote is literally an exact duplication or transcription of the words someone has said or printed. The duplication is indicated by putting the words in quotation marks.
