Board seats upset you? Damn, you'd better avoid any and every public company that exists. I'd almost guarantee there is not one of them that doesn't have at least one board member who is there simply because they have a connection of some sort.
Good virtue signaling though. Are you the guy who said he knew people who were committing welfare fraud but refused to do anything about it? People making money off the stock market upsets you, but direct theft of your tax dollars that you can stop is no problem.
