This isn't a matter of supply and demand. It is poll numbers showing Biden is in the red with his approval ratings for everything across the board. Two different topics - Biden as a whole and Gas prices.

True on it being dumb to blame one person for everything... Like blaming Trump for all of America's woe's and Jan 6th and Blaming Putin for gas prices that were climbing well before this whole Ukraine thing. Which is why when I am speaking of Biden I am blaming him AND his whole administration. That’s exactly what they saying. Even though all the money we printed for Covid relief is the actual cause for inflation. Jen Psaki says over and over it’s Putins fault. Does she not speak for Biden? Also they claim that they issued permits and that oil companies are at fault for not using the permits to drill oil, which is BS. As anyone in construction knows, getting a permit to build is one thing, but finding the right spot to build and getting all the subsequent permits to finish a project is another. Having a permit to find oil doesn’t mean they can just drill.

Well Biden has given out 34% more permits in his first year then the previous President did. What more do you want him to do? He just opened up our oil reserves to help with the gas prices. We are still energy independent. It's supply/demand. It's simple economics.
