I have edited your post only by inserting numbers so I can address them more clearly. I added a number to each clause that you ended with a question mark. Please correct me if I have missed the intent of any question.

1) This is very ambiguous, and I think you default to the floyd case. In general, I don't think it's ok for law enforcement to break the law when dealing with criminals. In regard to floyd, I don't agree with the premise of the question.

2) How does this differ from question 1?

3) I believe law-abiding people should be treated differently than law-violating people.

4) What are you trying to infer here? State and federal law are separate. Please rephrase your question. You're not as smart as you are smug.

1) What premise for you disagree with? The premise of referring to Floyd is that a cop killed him while he was cuffed and under control. His crime was a financial crime of misdemeanor proportion.
2)The first time I said it was rhetoric. The second time it was posed as an actual question to be answered.
3) Law violating people ARE treated differently. That does not mean laws can be broken while treating them differently.
4) Had you read the link I sent, you would understand the question. Part of the discussion involves the legality of the familial separations that are happening with regard to who is doing it.

Amongst other laws broken by the Executive Order that was written expressly in part to separate families, look at 18 USC 241 & 242.
And maybe it matters that the illegality of familial separation was affirmed by a federal judge?

I don't know why they give a damn about people wearing mask anyway. How many people do you see wearing mask the right way anyway? How many people unhook one ear, lean in and talk? How many people wear it under their nose? How many people wear mask that are too big? How many people wear it just over their chin? How many of these law makers are telling people to wear mask but readily take them off whenever they like? It should stop being a topic.
