Kids do not stay with parents if both parents are arrested. Kids go to family first, then to the FC system.
If the separation is not done legally, then it doesn't matter WHO it gets done to, even if done to a criminal.
Unless of course, you think it's OK for law enforcement to break the law when dealing with criminals?

Do you think it is OK for Law Enforcement to break the law in its treatment of criminals?
Do you think the people who are here illegally are not protected by Constitutional law, Federal law, state law, in any way?
Do you think Federal law enforcement enforces state law?

And, have you even bothered to read the paper that explains what laws are being broken, and how, or are you just processing this whole thing based on feelings and beliefs?

I have edited your post only by inserting numbers so I can address them more clearly. I added a number to each clause that you ended with a question mark. Please correct me if I have missed the intent of any question.

1) This is very ambiguous, and I think you default to the floyd case. In general, I don't think it's ok for law enforcement to break the law when dealing with criminals. In regard to floyd, I don't agree with the premise of the question.

2) How does this differ from question 1?

3) I believe law-abiding people should be treated differently than law-violating people.

4) What are you trying to infer here? State and federal law are separate. Please rephrase your question. You're not as smart as you are smug.
