I don't think everyone is a criminal, but if someone exhibits criminal behavior it can lead me to suspect they are.
The only thing that would lead me to think someone is a racist is if they exhibit behavior that would suggest it.

Call someone a racist when you see them cross to the other side of the street to avoid a black person. Until you realize they cross the street to avoid EVERYONE.
The person who crosses the street ONLY to avoid a black person? They've got the potential.

Trump basically declared every Mexican is a criminal, using various epithets. That is not a shining example of not being a racist.
His judgeship appointments are decidedly unbalanced statistically. Also not a shining example, exacerbated by the fact that he is the ONLY one not to appoint a black SCOTUS judge.
There are many more examples, dating all the way back to 1973 when he was sued by the USDOJ for refusing to rent to black tenants, or the 80's when black workers weren't allowed on the casino floor when he and Ivanka would show up, or in 1991: "John O’Donnell, former president of Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino in Atlantic City, quoted Trump’s criticism of a Black accountant: “Black guys counting my money! I hate it. The only kind of people I want counting my money are short guys that wear yarmulkes every day. … I think that the guy is lazy. And it’s probably not his fault, because laziness is a trait in blacks. It really is, I believe that. It’s not anything they can control.” Trump later said in a 1997 Playboy interview that “the stuff O’Donnell wrote about me is probably true.”
1992: The Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino had to pay a $200,000 fine because it transferred Black and women dealers off tables to accommodate a big-time gambler’s prejudices.
2005 Trump publicly pitched what was essentially The Apprentice: White People vs. Black People. He said he “wasn’t particularly happy” with the most recent season of his show, so he was considering “an idea that is fairly controversial — creating a team of successful African Americans versus a team of successful whites. Whether people like that idea or not, it is somewhat reflective of our very vicious world.”

The Catch-22: If we say he's not racist because there was likely not a qualified black person to appoint, then we have to say that one or more previous appointees was put in place simply BECAUSE they were black. That is a racist supposition in and of itself. The SECOND you use skin color to categorize a group of people, you are exhibiting racist behavior.

His actions definitely suggest he is racist. Denying he is racist by using general assumptions that he didn't appoint a black person simply b/c they were "not qualified" is in itself a racist thought process, especially when he appointed nine WHITE people who were not qualified.
I do think that The Biden's administration panders to Black voters and if they appointed a black judge then I am 99.4% sure they did so because the person is black.

Votes keep you in office. Being in office is where the money is. Money is Green, money is Gold and Silver. Not Black or White or Other.

On that note, I don't think Biden cares who he panders too... You all know who he is holding hands with in this picture.

Joe Manchins yacht. Funded by the coal industry. No wonder they don’t want us using alternative energy like wind and solar.
Nature pays no kickbacks.

Wind and solar don't work, is why.

A really good energy producing system would be closed loop hydrolysis, using directly recyclable hydrogen explosions to power things, but you'll get waxed for trying to actually make that a thing.

Wind and solar don’t work? I guess the places that are claiming to use it successfully are getting their power from magic jelly bean fields?

They have made a closed loop system that creates more energy than it consumes?

I am vastly interested in making an investment in a company that has working prototypes. They are essentially alchemists, turning lead into gold.

Maybe. There's still better technology than wind and solar. I'm not against those things, but I totally agree with each house or property being self-sufficient in every way possible.
The corporate model won’t work. Each home and business should be subsidized to do either, wind, solar or geothermal and take it away from the centralized conglomerates.

If the gov and corps and MIC stopped killing the people who came up with real energy solutions where people wouldn't have to be hooked up to the grid, we'd really make it somewhere. We're going nowhere as long as everyone has to be hooked up to the electrical grid.
