Why didn't you speak to the 38% dropout rate of whites? That extra few percent means there should be no African Americans in position of power from the 58% that DON'T drop out?

Quite a racist assumption there.
Or, do you just assume that no African American is good enough even when they DO stay in university?
'Painted yourself into the Stupid Corner yet again.
You're ignorant. Numbers aren't racist. You're trying to bait me into a racist argument because you can't stand that I gave you factual numbers... you ask of others, they do, you flip out. Who's bipolar????

Plenty. But his choices were predominantly white and male.
NINE of them were deemed "unqualified" by the American Bar Association.
Hmmmm...

Plenty... that's not a number pal. I think there are what... 180 or so active judgeships at the appellate court level and I think about 17 or 18 of them, near 10% are black. If they weren't appointed by Trump then they probably weren't qualified.

Trump appointed 226 judges while in office. Only 9 of them were black. I'll do the math for you since math isn't your strong suit. That's 3.98%. That's pretty dismal.

It's not an application process.

I know this. You are avoiding the point just to argue. If there are 18 Black appellate court judges that can be appointed and none of them were picked, that doesn't mean Trump is racist by default. You don't pick someone for a job based on color. You pick them if they are qualified. If they were not picked then they were deemed to not be qualified.

“Probably” is not a very qualified statement, “pal”.
He appointed NINE judges that were deemed unqualified by the ABA.
You think none of the African Americans were qualified so he didn’t appoint them?
Explain why he had to choose nine unqualified ones from the remaining applicants, then.

I don't actually think that. I don't know what their qualifications are/were. I also didn't make the decision not to appoint them, he did. It is safe to assume that if they weren't appointed, they weren't qualified. I am sure he was being advised about justices.

“Safe to assume” even when NINE judges he DID appoint were deemed unqualified.

Let that logic sink in.
