College graduation doesn't mean that there isn't any qualified judges that Trump could've appointed. He couldn't do it though. Not even one out the over 50 judges that he appointed. So, tell me why he wouldn't rent apartments to qualified black applicants? Why did he force his employees to put a capital "C" on all of the COLORED peoples applications? The dude is racist and always has been.

Why didn't you speak to the 38% dropout rate of whites? That extra few percent means there should be no African Americans in position of power from the 58% that DON'T drop out?
