I am sure there are plenty of civilians in Texas with cell phones or drones that can fly over these places, film whats going on and sell their footage to the press.

Doesn't anyone notice that they show us stuff all day long of people getting jumped in NY with cell phone footage or surveillance cameras but apparently there are no civilians in any part of Texas with cameras or surveillance/security cameras and The White House wants Texas to be hush hush?
