I have pro marksman patches at 50ft with a pistol and have no issues WELL past 500 yards with a rifle. I know where to point the dangerous end of the gun. As far as adrenaline, speak for yourself. Don't presume to know how I respond to stress or situations that require a person to be able to react quickly and accurately. I have been charged by wild boars, Bucks (no pun Buck) cougars and coyotes, all of which can kill you. I am alive, they are not. Why, because I am not a coward or a victim. Some people cower in fear, some people run, some people make a difference.

To comment on one of your responses Joe... if you have a concealed carry card but would choose to hide... the CCC does nothing for you, and neither does the gun. You might as well sell it to someone who would use it to defend themselves or others. I am not hacking on you but it is honestly a waste of money at that point. Kind of like car insurance... you get in an accident but choose not to call your provider... wasted money.

To honestly compare a wild animal to a person shooting at you with an assault rifle, hundred round magazine and probably wearing a bullet proof vest is far from an equal comparison. Even cops who are wearing bullet proof vests don't rush an active shooter. They take cover and wait until they have an opportunity to take a shot at the shooter. Are you calling those Cops cowards for taking cover and waiting until the opportunity presents itself? Wild animals aren't shooting at you, big difference.

This is just dumb to argue about some topics. Some responses to what I say aren't really a response, just a diss. That's how it goes, goes nowhere lol. How long is Biden going to last, man? You know he's gotta be like sleeping all day or something. He can barely focus for a few minutes straight during a speech. China took a big poo on us and this new admin at their meeting, because Joe Biden and the current gov are a joke and every country across the world is either laughing at us or horrified. Good job the dems did too blaming Russia for something they didn't really do. We need Russia as a possible ally if war with China breaks out. Our gov might be the biggest joke in the world right now. Biden can barely read notes off a card that somebody else wrote for him! It's almost unbelievable. He's either gonna get 25th'd or die from age or whatever. How is Trump remotely even close to as bad as this? Or any president ever? More war, higher gas prices, the absolute border hypocrisy nightmare. Yay! Fun times, am I right? I feel like I'm not in Kansas anymore.

Our president has dementia or something and everybody knows it lol. It seems like every time he talks it's like going to see grandpa at the nursing home. But it's the president, and the whole world is literally watching. Could you imagine being the leader of China or Iran or Russia or whoever and watching the last Biden speech? I bet Kim Jon Un is laughing his fat rear off at Biden every time he stares off into another dimension for a few seconds while addressing the entire nation and world.

Cops are being smart (WAITING FOR THEIR TURN TO ENGAGE). HOWEVER!!!! Wild animals can't be reasoned with. When they come at you they intend to injure or kill you. You have NO CHOICE but to react and react quickly.

Tell me, when did I ever say I would rush an active shooter not knowing anything about their location or firepower or number of shooters? Stop, I will tell you. The answer is I didn't.

Here is the deal. I am in a store. I am aware of my surroundings as everyone should be at all times. As I shop I am also looking at people, body language, clothing. I am paying attention!! If I am in a part of the store where I cannot see the active shooter enter the store and hear gunfire I will find cover, check for holes in my person. If no holes are in my body then I will assess the situation. Where are the shots coming from? How many types of shots do I hear? (Indicates possibility of more than one shooter) Is the shooter approaching or moving away? Can I approach the shooter without detection? Can I get eyes on the shooter? (if you know where the shooter is, it is easier to avoid a bullet) Do I have a shot on the target? Is anyone in my line of fire? Is it clear of people past the shooter? Where will my bullet go if I miss? (The last three determine if it is safe to take down the threat). Most shooters will shoot in a horizontal pattern of fire so if you can be above the shooter you have a better chance of avoiding a bullet and can focus on your shot(s).

OR I can do what you would do... be a victim... or run and hide and let more people die... or let fear and hypothetical thought control your life. It doesn't mean you are a bad person and I don't think you are a bad person. At age 15 behind a shopping mall there were 4 skateboard punks messing with what I assume was about a 10 year old girl. I got in the mix, started some shit with them, got my *** KICKED and beat with skateboards while she was able to haul *** and get away from them. I have a scar on my face from one of the boards and I am still pretty damn proud of it. This is just who I am. You are just who you are. This is life.

Not that you care in any way, but President Biden has had a serious stuttering problem his whole life. I have as well and can pick up every time that he is struggling with it. A lot of people equate stuttering with a lack of intelligence and often tease stutterers. Being a stutterer myself, I've been in many fights with people who chose to tease and belittle me because of it. There are plenty of articles out there about Biden's stuttering problem.

I was in a bank when it got robbed and I tried to go after the guy in my truck. The cops told me that it was a stupid thing to do. They told me that the guy could've turned around and shot me dead. They said just let the cops deal with it. I can't believe that you would go after a gunman unarmed. So, you might save somebody that you don't know, but leave your family without a husband, father, and provider? Interesting.

Mandalay Bay was one shooter and he wasn't an arms dealer. There was one window broke where the shots were coming from. As soon as he killed himself, the gunfire stopped. Let's not ignore the facts in order to believe a conspiracy.

Did Oswald really aim and fire all three shots at a moving target in less that 8 seconds too?
Including the one that hit him from the front sending that chunk of his head on to the back of the car?

Ok, we are way off topic so I will close my part of this conversation like this.

I don't believe in God. It's just my view and I have my reasons. I have accepted that we are born, we live, we die. I believe in the cycle of life. I know there is nothing we can do to stop time from getting us. I am comfortable knowing that I am going to die someday. In the mean time... I will do what I can to ensure that no person will make someones time on this planet any less than it needs to be if I am in the situation that allows me to intervene. If I can save your life, you are welcome. I don't ask anything of you in return except to live your life.

No, a hotel employee was called to the 32nd floor because of smoke or another hotel guest made a complaint. Paddock had cameras outside the room on room service trays and saw the employee outside his door and shot and wounded him. So, he knew that he was about to be caught, then he killed himself. Watch the documentary. There are many of them. A Killer on Floor 32 and Money Machine come to mind. Trhe shooter was actually going to do a mass shooting a week earlier from a different motel, but couldn't get the right room or something.
