Somewhere around 12% of his appointed judges. Black (African American) people make up around 12% of the population in the USA. That would be a good start.

That's an odd question; wouldn't the fact that story is on ABC, CNN & FOX make the story less legitimate? Are they reporting that Taiwan has been blockaded?

I think Mr Durden and I must have differing definitions of blockade; maybe that's my time in the military speaking out. I'm unaware of any overt threats to shoot down flights or sink ships being made against Taiwan. Shipping & flights, while disrupted are still taking place.

Generally, exercises such as the one China is conducting are referred to as a "show of force." As impressive as China's display is, it falls short being a blockade.
