"It was better under Trump, even though the numbers don't reflect it. I'd rather see 5% growth than 8%". Odd way to see things.
Kind of like people who wouldn't pay more for a 1/3 lb burger than a 1/4 lb "because 3 is smaller" (yep, it happened).

Thst doesn't make any sense. Stimulus packages are still trickle down economics. The richest organizations get most of the money, then that trickles jobs down to us. Tax breaks and stimulus work the same way, only stimulus allows you to pick which industries/,companies get the money. Even an oligarchy is trickle down economics.

Stimulus isnt all given at the bottom. As a matter of fact, most of the stimulus under Biden went to government agencies and corporations. The last stimulus that was only given to the bottom up was the $700 billion George W Bush stimulus after 911. Direct stimulus payments only account for 800 billion of the 5 trillion in Covid relief, and unemployment payments were around 1 trillion. That’s less than half. I do think we needed stimulus after the lock downs, but you are just making up your own set of facts.
