is Europes high taxes and bad policies that make gas so expensive in Europe

the same way bad polices are a contributing factor in the high gas prices here
Such an amazing coincidence that their policies and taxes change at the same time as ours, and cause their gas prices to rise and fall at the same time as ours. And who knew policies and taxes changed monthly or even daily?

It's almost like there is some other common factor involved.
VERY mysterious!

they are used in 3% of mass shootings. again, you know nothing!

You're in the minority not wanting any kind of change. 3% is enough for me. What % of school shooter's were under the age of 21? I don't have to have a vast gun knowledge to see that some kind of change is needed. You act like only gun experts can weigh in on this topic.

"Because they are often used in these shootings". No Bobby, that is not correct. In fact they are used MUCH less than other firearms.

So raise the age to 21 and raise the age to join the military to 21 as well.

80% of republicans huh? Of a group of how many polled?

77% of teachers... again, did they poll all teachers or just the far left leaning one's?

Someone could get off a lot more than 100 rounds if that gun was never in the lock box.

Speed limits and seatbelts... It's sad how many people had no common sense huh and they had to make laws for them. People still speed and people still don't put on their seatbelts. Those laws don't stop people from breaking the law. Just like making the age 21 won't stop someone from killing and banning this and that won't stop someone from killing. FBI facts show that Black Americans commit the most gun crimes... you gonna ban them or make it illegal for them to own weapons? Will this stop them from committing gun crimes?

Cars used to not even have seatbelts. Who knows how many lives have been saved by the seatbelt and speed limit laws that were passed. Change isn't always bad. They polled the teacher's in Texas. 80% of Republican voter's polled is a big number.

Guns are a protected right, but even rights can be regulated.
Witness Free Speech. Try using free speech that causes a panic in a public place.

Guns are not going anywhere, period. But some regulation is just common sense. Felon? No gun. Child? No gun. Mental defects? No gun.
Want a gun? Wait a few days. There is really no reason someone must have a gun same-day. A few days ain’t gonna ruin your life.

More common sense: allow guns to be carried everywhere. It’s not the sane people you need to worry about. It’s the nuts. And they obviously don’t give two shits about rules to begin with.
If 50% of the adults present at any mass shootings were armed, it’s a certainty that the casualty counts would have been lower, save for incidences like Vegas or distance shooters.

The problem with common sense is that it isn’t.

‘With this backdrop, Mykhaylo Podolyak - a senior advisor to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky - admitted Thursday that Ukraine is losing between 100 and 200 troops per day amid the Russian onslaught. The figure is significantly revised upward compared to President Zelensky only last week offering a loss estimate of between 60 and 100 troops each day.’

I never said I don’t want change. I just want effective change that don’t infringe on peoples rights

its silly with as educated as you think you are that you believe human nature can be controlled by taking an inanimate object away from them.

I don’t know how many school shooters are under 21. I’m sure you can research it as easy as I can.

59% of mass shootings are committed with handguns. Why aren’t you after those.

54% of gun deaths are suicides.

Hands. Fists. And feet account for more homicides then rifles. Why don’t we just ban people

so what YOU want is for us to make all the sacrifices. All take no give huh.

how about this….

you get raised age limits…. We get suppressors removed as a nfa item

you get red flag laws …. You give us immunity from wrongful death suits when I have to shoot a burglar

you want lower capacity mags …. Then give us bump stocks back

let’s see how much you are willing to compromise

All reasonable requests. It’s also ridiculous that automatic knives are illegal. Let’s fix that.

Thank Ruger for mag cap limits. They couldn’t compete with Glock and so they pushed for the Glock to be outlawed by virtue of magazine size.

But I ask this: what “sacrifices” have I proposed?

Oh I don't know. I am pretty sure many countries in Europe got their gas from Russia, the majority of their gas in many cases. Cutting off that source would certainly raise the cost of gas for Europeans. The United States gets SOME oil from Russia. Not enough that if we told them to fuuck off and just drilled and pumped our own oil we would suffer at all... in fact we would prosper. So glad Democrats in the White House are on our countries side.
