Looks like the immediate issue is Trump could be kept off the Primary Ballot (printing deadline of Jan 5th), but that doesn't mean this would prevent him from running and being on the actual ballot. Seems more like symbolic BS to me than good law or politics. As a matter of fact this may serve to fire up the Trump base and give him momentum in all the Primaries that proceed Colorado's.
