3, Biden IS a coward. I am surprised Putin didn't whip out his junk and soak Biden in a nasty wet golden shower and call him a *****. Any little bit of respect I may have had for Biden disappeared the moment he said he gave Putin a list of 16 things he would like Russia to not cyber attack.

I understand what your saying but most of the world uses windows...including America.

Then there is the issue of Microsoft agreeing to it and if they don't it would be in court for years
