I’m probably being too hard on Slo_Ride, not that it matters what an internet guy thinks anyway, but I believe the same things you believe in terms of having a liberal, open, free society, and I’m for teaching the correct history of our country, which isn’t what we have. How old were some of you when you learned about the Tulsa massacre, for instance? One of the worst massacres in American history, and it’s not talked about in American history classes. The history of Columbus is another example of the tragic misinformation we all were taught growing up. He was a total shithead. There are dozens of examples of subtle racism in the way we educate our children, and I agree with that. These are the things I hope critical race theory would address, but I know these people, and it won’t be used to help us educate ourselves better. It will be used for political control and go far beyond simple critical race fixes in the way I see it. Critical race is a small part of a bigger strategy that is actually an economic strategy. I’m not going into my personal conspiracy theory on an Internet forum, as you don’t want to read a whole book here, but I don’t trust these people. I’ve been around these peoples. I’ve worked for these people. I’ve been a fly on the wall in these people’s fundraisers at their homes. Stopping here before it becomes a novel. Lol
