It gets into deep cult like religious beliefs about the afterlife and who they're serving. They're looking at generations-long plans. They believe they'll be rewarded after death too, they plan to continue their work. That's the mindstate.

Who's a minority in this country is going to flip soon, and it's all artificial and unnatural. It's all forced. Probably bill clinton, but I don’t remember if he got congressional approval for desert storm. Are you asking who the last president who actually had a declaration of war from congress is? Technically, Barack Obama got funding from congress to go into Libya in 2011, but it wasn’t a “war”. The senate approved funding for Bush to go into Iraq, even though most of them got away with denying it to their voter base later. We topple governments all over the world all the time without declarations of war. Most actual declarations of war have been historically democrats. Woodrow Wilson and FDR being the most notable with ww1 and ww2. Ever since ww2, we have allowed far more military interventions through executive order, rather than war declarations. I could be wrong, but I believe the last real declaration of war by the senate was ww2. Iraq had nothing to do with 9/11. Saudi Arabia funded 15 of the 9/11 terrorists, but we would never declare War against them. We wouldn't dare stop that oil flow. Bush Jr. had 9 or 10 months to get his own intelligence before invading Iraq. Why didn't Bush Jr. go after Saudi Arabia after 9/11? They were the ones funding the 9/11 terrorists. Clinton screwed up by not taking Bin Laden out when he had the chance. But, Bin Laden was with a Saudi Arabian Prince, so, Clinton wouldn't give the go ahead. Politics is mostly nauseating anymore. Both parties are screwed up.
