Dem votes don't exist in Wyoming. IIRC, Wyoming was the state where Trump enjoyed his largest margin of victory. Wyoming runs ~25/75 dem to GOP, so these results seem entirely within reason.

I don't know what could be clearer than that graph showing the big increase when Covid hit. Clearly you can see from that graph, that minus the covid spending, the deficit increases at a pretty predictable and steady pace regardless of who is running the show. There is a document called the historical budget - it's like 400 pages and breaks down spending from the very first budgets. For shit and grins I analyzed deficit spending and found it was worse when you had a single party in control of the WH and at least half of Congress. Deficit spending tended to decrease when you opposition parties in control of the WH & Congress - ie the Clinton years when we "balanced" the budget. Republican presidents tended to be a tad worse when it comes to spending. I even subtracted military spending and found Republican Presidents even tend to increase non-military spending more than Democrats. That said we're talking minor differences compared to the actual deficit/national debt/budget.

Furthermore, it's easy to look at the numbers and say Trump spent irresponsibly, however how do you account for Covid and Covid programs?

You don't but Republicans want to keep quoting gas prices during the pandemic. I guess they forget the toilet paper, Tylenol, bottled water, and food shortages under Trump. I guess the Republicans give Trump a free pass on that stuff. Then they want to rip Biden for the exact same shitt.
