Does anybody know if there is a fix for running 4GB of ram and XP SP2 32bit only showing 3.25GB?

XP has a limit of 3.2 GB of ram that is due to it being a 32 bit operating system.

If you're using a recent Intel or AMD cpu that can use x86-64 you can upgrade to XP 64, or Vista, but theres nothing that I know of to overcome the ram limit in 32 bit Windows.

Little off topic but I'm just wondering wtf you are doing that you need 4GB of RAM on an XP box? Can't be a server so you gotta be doing some hardcore video / audio production?

PAE (Physical Address Extension), and outside of servers it doesnt work well for home PC's.

It's a build for a class, and we will be running multiple machines under Virtual PC so we need it.
