need amp to push 2 component(90RMS each) in front and 2 coaxials(60RMS each) in back and 2 subs(150RMSeach)

don't mind if the sub channel is only giving 150RMS i.e 75 to each sub. thats still enough pounding for me. also the rms for the speakers does not have to match exactly but it should be at least 80-100% to needed RMS.

I have the perfect amp...It is a Zed Audio made US Acoustics USA 6300 It is a 6ch amp...60 x4 plus 150 x 2 rear chs. can run 1 ohm stereo or bridge at 2 ohm mono...It has a very nice crossover section....and is in really good condition...I'd sell it for $300 shipped...These are extremely clean SQ amps...

Thats measured at 12.5 volts underrated, real world it will put out an excess of 75 per channel //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif Not to mention the distortion is VERY low...
