will this work

thats alot of batterys
Well, alternatively, you could go to radio shack and get a 12v power supply for 20$ //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif I think they sell a 10amp or 13amp or so for 30$. Or you could go with an old computer power supply -- they have 12v rails as well as 5v and 3.3v rails readily accesible, usually in excess of 10amps even on crappy ones.

I have a 70amp 13.8v supply (from industrial equipment) at my house for running chargers and other equipment. Cost me all of 55$ shipped about a year ago. It's a good investment if you use alot of DC 12v devices -- i bought a deck last week and was able to test it using it, etc.

But you can always just use a car battery //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

my bad. i've been up for 25 hrs now so i'm not thinking too well. i meant a 12volt battery from like radio shack or just get a power supply like the other guy suggested. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gif
