to power a hu to muke sure it works. a wall charger for a phone or cellphone that gives out dc 12.0v.
Aren't AA, C and D sized batteries usually 1.2-1.5v nominal? I think you'd need 10-12 in series.yes. also, you can use a 12 volt battery (i.e. any AA, C, D, etc sized battery)
Well, alternatively, you could go to radio shack and get a 12v power supply for 20$ //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif I think they sell a 10amp or 13amp or so for 30$. Or you could go with an old computer power supply -- they have 12v rails as well as 5v and 3.3v rails readily accesible, usually in excess of 10amps even on crappy ones.thats alot of batterys
my bad. i've been up for 25 hrs now so i'm not thinking too well. i meant a 12volt battery from like radio shack or just get a power supply like the other guy suggested. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/naughty.gif.94359f346c0f1259df8038d60b41863e.gifAren't AA, C and D sized batteries usually 1.2-1.5v nominal?
