Will this make my L7 bang harder

Hey guys, I have one L7 in a 2.5 cubed ported box in the back on a s-10 zr-2. i will have a MA audio 1600 watt amp on it with a cap. i was wanting to know if i go with a 3.25 cubed ported box will it bang any harder than my 2.5 or sound about the same.

also i was wondering how to set my amp. My sub is a dule 4 ohm L7. i can run my amp at 4 ohms (400 x 2 RMS), 2 ohm (700 x 2 RMS), or 4 ohm bridged (1600 x1 RMS). someone told me i should run it at 4 ohm and have both channels running to the one sub. another told me to run 2 ohm and have just the 700 RMS going to it. I am new at this and my friend is helping me set it up but im trying to understand this...Thanks for any help

You can't run that sub @4ohms only 2 or 8

And the 3.25 cube box should sound good

thanks, so i should run it at 2 ohm and just run one channel to it...and will 700 RMS be good enough for an L7....Also the 3.25 will hit harder in my truck...
