will this be enough juice to run good steady voltage

I have mtx thunder elite 4001d amp putting out 4000 watts with 250 amp ho alternator and shuriken bt-100 batt i want to know if i also buy a xs power d3100 battery and connect the two together will my electrical be very high in volts and steady? And could i take out the cars factory battery? All input is greatly appreicated

If you are running 4000 rms i'd use 3-4 batteries.

4 Group 31 batts in addition to your vehicle battery would be optimal for a daily setup.

What batt do yall recomend with not to bad of a price tag? and the xs power d3100 adds up to two of my shuriken batteries is has 5000 max amps were my shuriken only is 2250 that would be like 3 batts rite

Be sure to test the car's OEM battery. If a battery is low, it can screw up your entire electrical system, including that HO Alternator you have installed. Yes, more batteries will definitely help. Also, be sure that you understand the idle and cruise output of that alternator. Our 250 amp alternators will consistently deliver about 150 amps at idle (800RPM). If you are a stereo competitor, be sure to monitor the voltage and also check your batteries individually for their charge to ensure the safety of your system.

My local audio shop told me to me get 1 more shuriken bt-100 and i would be fine which would be 250 amp ho alt and 2 shuriken bt-100 batts that are 100 amp hours each why is evey one on here telling me to do 3or 4 batts? total
