Will this adapter work?

I'm about to bag two of these: http://www.usspeaker.com/beyma%206MI80-1.htm and they're going in my 06' Explorer front door panels.

Stock is 6x8". Will a simple 6x8 to 6.5 conversion kit like this: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B0007TJDFM/dealtime-ce-feed-20/ref=nosim allow these specifc speakers to mount into my stock location? Thanks guys.

Those go to 5.25". You'd be a thousand times better using MDF.

x2. make your own, get some mdf. transfer the out side shape of the stock 6x8 on to teh wood. then make an opening in the middle for the speaker your getting. then it should bolt back in to place. as normal.

What about the depth of the speakers I'm looking at getting, are those any deeper than a normal 6.5" speaker or the stock 6x8? I don't want my windows hitting the magnet and I don't want the speaker to excurt into my grill. Ya know what I'm saying?
