Will the MA Ausop HK1000D be sufficient enough for this setup?

EDIT: Wow... I butchered the subject. Of course, it should be "MA Audio".

I was wondering if this amp is any good? I got it for free with the subs/box. Now, I just want to know if I should buy something else or if this amp is sufficient enough. First, the setup I am about to install in my Camry.

*** Money was an issue, so please let's not let this tune into a "You should of got this" thread. Thanks. ***

Head Unit: JVC KD-HDR1 MP3/HD Tuner (I know, not the best in the world. I really wanted HD, though.)

Dash Speakers: Pioneer 2-Way Car Speaker TS-G1040R 4"

Rear Speakers: Pioneer 2-Way Car Speaker TS-G1340R 5-1/4"

Subs: 2 12" Rockford Fosgate P3

Amp: MA Audio HK1000D Amp

1. Should I automatically start looking for another amp or are MA Audio Amplifiers not that bad?

Thanks everyone!

I own that same amp, its a great amp. Class X competition series. 500w rms at 14.4V 800w rms at 17.0 V @ 2 ohms. Its vented and it always stays cool, performs great and has great features/functionality. Idk what you need for power but Ma makes good amps and if you need more look into the hk200d and sell that or buy another 1000d because u can strap it.
