Will the DD Z1a really work?

why would they do that?
the Z1a will be a 14 volt amp that is 16volt capable

the z2 is a 16 volt amp

they will do different power

the z1a will be very effiecent, a more daily suited amp.

i am pritty sure the z1a will out perform the z2

Well, I hate to beat a dead horse, or amp...but there is no question that the original Z1's had problems. And there is no denying that it took an unusually long amount of time for DD to return blown amps to their owners....(me being one of them).... but DD took a hard hit on that whole ordeal, so im sure they'll learn from their mistakes.

lol, who do you think made the z1's ? I dont know exactly if they officially made them or not, but the motherboards are strikingly similar, and even use the same parts batches....dont beleive me? check the FET batch numbers.

It's just what I heard and wherever I read about it was probably referring to the 16V capabilities.

i know that on a daily setup(normal loud setup) the z1 is better but the z2 is lot better when using a 16v system IIRC

snoops theres no reason to put me down if you cant tell me the power ratings i talked to dd the other day about the new z1a and they specifically told me that, it runs at 12v unlike the older z1 and can go up to 16v if im wrong somewhere correct me, we all make mistakes you know
