Will new amp make midbass kick more?

Hello, I have a 1996 land rover discovery. While I love the truck, it has a terrible sound system with two 4" in the front, two more 4" on the rear pillar, and two 6.5" "subs" in the rear lift gate.

In the quest for more bass I replaced the factory 6.5s with kicker ssmb6's. while they give more bass, it is not what I expected. I realize it wont sound like a 10in or anything, but I want to know if I replace the factory amp that powers those two speakers, will the bass be signifigantly louder? the whole system is only 90 watts total!!!! I dont want to waste any money and just want to know if i replace the low powered amp with a more powerful one, will I be able to get more bass out of those kickers? Thanks in advance!

I never expected to get real bass out of them, but it just sounds like they just peter out when I adjust the bass higher. Oh, and the floor on those are 30hz

i doubt they come even close to hitting 30hz. Or at least able to hear it. I would hit up a land rover forum and find out the exact specs of the factory amps before you do anything.
