Will neon lights f*** up your sound?

I have some blue 15" neon lights I wish to light up my system with, will it have any effect on the sound? Is it safe to put by the amp?

Neon shouldnt cause any problems but to help protect yourself from introducing noise keep it away from your speaker wires and amp. If you dont mount it you can put it close to where you wanted to and turn the system on and see what happens..If there is no problem then fix it up permanently.
