if the equipment is int he trunk you will most likely be in a stock or street class. depending on the organization.
number of batteries and capacitors will determine stock or advanced stock in usaci if you are in the cargo area below the window line.
go above the window line and you go into superstreet in dbdrag and mod in usaci.
in drag you may be able to go into superstreet no wall if you are infront of the trunk and below the window lines and behind the b pillar.
so many things to look at.
and yes ported is louder than sealed.
you have to design it properly though. and not just throw ports in a sealed box.
