First of, I wasn't sure which section I should post this so if I messed up than I apologise.

Here's my question, will I have heat issues with the way I installed my amp ??

These is an inch of space between the amp and seat backs plus I have holes drilled in the back of that rack.

I was thinking of adding a fan to the back side but will I need one ???

This is my first real system install and I wouldn't want to mess up that sexy amp.

Thanks guys.

MSPaint -> Stretch and Skew -> set the horizontal stretch to less than 100%, apply changes, do the same for vertical stretch, save.

Your amp should be fine, you've already taken more measures for cooling than most people here, and they don't have problems.

That's what I did, I cut them down to 50% but I guess that's still too large.

I'll do 25% next time, I promise.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

As for the heat issue.

Like I said, I am a NOOB at this stuff and I rather ask the pros before I go and fry something in the SWFlorida sunshine.

It gets quite warm here in the summer that's why I have vent holes at the back of the amp and above it through the rear shelf into the air conditioned cabin.

It's a good amp, you shouldn't have any real heat issues.
Thank you, Sir.

Now I can proceed with the install.

BTW, how am I doing so far ???

I have yet to make a panel that will hide the wiring and I was thinking about some lighting, I'm open to suggestions.

I had the amp running today and even though it is quite cool right now the amp had no heat issues what so ever. After several hours of playing everything was good to go.

Here's a picture of what it looks like minus the carpeting and a few final trim items.
