Will I have dimming problems???

I will be putting in a system in my Solara in the future so I'm trying to get prepared for this. I had the dimming issue in my last car with only 300 watts total and it bugged the hell out of me so I have to make sure this doesn't happen this time around. Now I've noticed whenever I use my power windows I get dimming with my headlights and I'm pretty sure when I get my subs in they'll be pulling more power than a window motor so should I anticipate that I'll be getting some serious dimming?
