And about my college friends... what college friends? I'm not in college yet, as I slacked and lack ACT or SAT testing. And I missed dealines to start the fall semester. And me and my bud are a tight knitted group, I don't think they would say shit.

everyone is asking why would you want a 16 year old blah blah blah..... but the other question is... why would she want you? im not saying theres anything wrong with you, but look at it through her eyes...

This is probably one of the BEST reasons to go out with someone like this. Think about it...

Your new girlfriend parades you around to all of her cute (budding) friends like some kind of trophy. They all admire her and eye you up the whole time.

Awhile later, she gets pissed at you, tells you to f-off, you get fired from your job. So what? There will be other jobs to get...

The cool thing about all this is all of her friends will be trying to pick you up and you would have the pick of the crop... or better yet, all of them if you're real good at it.

As mentioned, I think the cons are many and the pros are few... I mean, if she were a full-blown hottie, then maybe. But you haven't stepped up to defend her 'personality' or mentioned anything about how you were attracted to her other than to say she was cute. That pic doesn't demonstrate that, IMO, but looks aren't everything... perhaps she has other assets.

The ****** part of it isn't much factor, since you've acknowledged the danger there. I dunno, do you have other options/prospects? If it were me, I'd worry a slight bit about it.

I did bang a 17 y/o while I was 20.... still not sure about the legalities of that, but we ended up being together 4 years and I'm still on better terms with her parents than most of my old friends. lol But the bottom line is, you'd better know what you're getting yourself into. Thats the thing, you need to simplify your decisions. So now you need to think about how you're going to get out of this situation. I hope you stopped at just bs flirting because if you're already seeing her, well I dont see how you can end it without it turning out bad. Seems like either you, your job just might be toasted.

Remember, you're over 18. Even if you decided to have fun with this girl, the court will throw the book at you just the same as if you're fooling around with an 11yr old. I know its only a 3 yr difference, but I dont think a judge would care. Then you're going to be marked as a *** offender, ect.. Its just not worth the headache. Possibly even get sent to serve a few years, and I dont think a 19yr old would turn out too great in prison.

Well, the OP, as already stated, has expressed no real interest in the girl herself but rather nothing more than an assumption that he can separate her from her dainties.

Secondly it's simple math ~ (1) underage girl who is + (1) boss' kid = stupid situation no matter how you cut it.

Since, according to the info you've provided us to work with thus far, the only thing you're really interested in is getting laid?

There are plenty of 19, 20, 21 yr olds perfectly willing to give it up.

They exist.

Go find one.

The young women in that age bracket will neither get you in trouble with your employer or the local constabulary.

Honestly, the last thing I care about right now is getting some ***. The reason I even considered dating her is that I feel a whole lot more comfortable around her than other, high maintenance, drama qeen type of girls.

Agreed. Like I said earlier, I can get bootycalls from others I know... Hell, I'm 30 mins from Bourbon street, so getting into her pants isn't a top priority.

Well, if you are 18 years or older and she is 16 than be very careful. I wouldn't be worried of losing my job as much as you could go to jail for a long time. If you have relations with her, and you are 18 or older, that's statutory **** and even if her relatives don't want to press charges against you, the state can press charges against you my friend. If you are 18 or older you should get a girlfriend that is at least 18, you'll have peace of mind. We call those teeners Jail Bait around here.
