I'm 19. She turns 17 later this year. I wouldn't try hitting it until a) I decide that working there sucks donkey balls for peanut wages and/or, b) she's legal.

What the hell is wrong with you? She isn't even worth getting in trouble for. Plus what would your college friends think if you were dating a 16year old...

dont listen to anyone dissin how that chick looks. she is far from ugly, and even if she was hideous, we dont know how she is in person(a word called p e r s o n a l i t y - - for all u cavemen out there).

Second:

What you might want to consider, is how her uncle will react. You are 19 she is 16. Whether or not thats cool with your friends, or whoever is beside the point. What will her uncle think. If he is your boss, AND her uncle, he could get pissed at you for something with work, and tell the 5-0 you and her are being a little friendly and that could be jail time, OR you could piss her off, she tells him, and the next day, suddenly, anything you do wrong gets blown out of proportion and u sir are kicked to the curb with ur lunch box in one hand and ur work boots in the other.

In my opinion, if you like the girl enough to where you want to pursue a relationship, talk to her uncle about it. Dont say, "dude i wanna bang ur niece." say something like, i was thinking of asking ur niece on a date or something like this, and even if he disapproves, he will respect you for going to him(as your boss and her family).

but if not man, there r plenty of chicks ur age who are better for you, sexually, achedemicly, emotionally, and financially.
