I don't like making these kind of threads but this has been on my mind. Assuming that they are all in the right enclosure, should my sa-15 on ~1200 watts be louder than 2 w0 15s on rated? I know cone area is king so that has me second guessing myself.

Depends.

Enclosure as well as power.

Install is like 90%, 10% equipment.

AFAIK W0 is like a 250W sub whereas SA15 should hang with close to 1000 continuous. I'd put my money on the SA going over 500W.
