Will I Be Ok?

hello fellas..... so heres the deal. i have taken out my optima in the back of my truck since it pooped out on my yesterday //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif. i threw in a capacitor due to a bad engine whine which fixed it. i have 4awg running to the cap then to my fusion 2000.1 its wired to 4 ohms so its not pushing a whole lot. my question is can i add a runn of 8awg off of the cap to a 2ch amp that i plan on adding??? If so if im not mistaken i need to fuse it correct?? thanks guys!

You can just buy a cheap distro block, that will be a cleaner setup I think

for what??? defeats the purpose. i will just use the cap as a distro block haha its canceling my alternator whine.
