Will a JL12W7 work with a Kicker ZX750.1?

The JL is rated at 3 ohms and the Kicker ZX750.1 is rated at 325 x 2 at 4 ohms and 750 x 1 at 2 ohms.

It will work, but it probably isn't an 'ideal' combination. But nobody here can tell you if you will miss the extra ~2-3 dB that would come from giving it a full 1000-1200W. Your listening preferences and how you match the sub's level with the rest of your system will determine that...
